Timothy G. Rodgers, MD, FAAD
Dr. Rodgers is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nail diseases in patients of all ages. He practices the full-range of dermatology, including medical, surgical, pediatric, and Mohs surgery. He also specializes in cosmetic treatments and lasers, providing natural-looking rejuvenation.
Dr. Rodgers is originally from Kansas and received a B.S. in journalism from the University of Kansas, and a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army from the ROTC program. He served 7 years as a platoon leader and staff officer at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, and completed his dermatology residency training at the prestigious University of Michigan Medical Center’s Department of Dermatology. He received extensive training from internationally-recognized experts in the fields of general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, surgical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, and lasers.
Dr. Rodgers is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Collin-Fannin County Medical Society.
